be: Your child\u2019s name and surname, followed by KINDER 1 REG. (ex Maria Camilleri KINDER 1 REG)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 25px\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><strong>IMPORTANT<\/strong> &#8211; <b>DO NOT SIGN <\/b>the registration form (Section 7) before sending it by email.
